Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce

Preparation

Cream the shortening and eggs together.
Add sugar and milk. Beat for 1 minute, then add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well for 2 more minutes.
Bake in a well-greased Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
