Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can tomato sauce or 1/2 qt. tomato juice
    1 pkg. Chili-O mix
    1 can kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in a deep pan. Drain off any excess water or fat.
    Stir in the Chili-O mix. Add the tomato sauce or juice. Add the kidney beans and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to simmer and cover with lid.
    Cook for about 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
