Meat And Macaroni Casserole With Italian Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    3 medium green peppers
    3 medium onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni as directed and drain.
    Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Keep warm.
    Over medium heat in a 12-inch skillet, saute cut up green peppers, onions and mushrooms, stirring until vegetables are tender.
    Spoon mixture into baking dish with macaroni, keeping about 1/3 cup for garnish.
