Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 stick margarine
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 pack Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Mix vegetables, soup, onion, celery, water chestnuts and Miracle Whip well.
Pour into baking dish.
Melt margarine and add cracker crumbs.
Spoon over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
