Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs well beaten

Preparation

Mix water, butter, Crisco, and cocoa together and place in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Take off stove.
Add sugar, buttermilk, flour and eggs.
Mix with a spoon.
Pour into a greased and floured shallow baking pan (10 x 15).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 or 30 minutes or until done.
