Spiced Beef Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger (choose grind with high fat content)
    5 tsp. powdered Morton Tender Quick salt
    2 1/4 tsp. mustard salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    2 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory smoked salt (liquid smoke doesn't substitute)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
    Refrigerate 1 day.
    Take out and mix thoroughly with hands for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Cover and refrigerate another day.
    Take out and mix in same fashion. Refrigerate and mix once again.
    Form meat mixture into 5 rolls. Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 hours at 150\u00b0.
