Quick Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 manicotti shells
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. mayo
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1/4 lb.)
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. whole oregano
Preparation
    Cook manicotti shells as directed. Rinse and drain. Saute beef and garlic; drain. Add cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt and mayo to skillet.
    Mix well and stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture.
    Arrange in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine spaghetti sauce and oregano and pour over manicotti. Sprinkle over with Parmesan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Uncover and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
    Serves 8.
