Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking grits
    6 c. boiling water
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine (or more)
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water until thick.
    Mix in other ingredients except paprika.
    Put in buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Yields 12 servings.
