Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients, then add remaining 5 ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Serve.
    This is really good!
