Creamy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower, cooked
    2 1/2 c. diced ham
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can mushrooms
    toasted bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat in a heavy saucepan. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Mix sour cream and mushrooms into sauce.
    Line baking dish with cooked cauliflower. Layer diced ham over the cauliflower. Pour the cheese sauce mixture over the ham; cover with toasted bread crumbs. Bake 25 minutes in a 250\u00b0 oven.
