Ingredients

2 jars dried beef
1 bunch scallions
2 16 oz. cream cheese softened
1 tsp. fresh or dried chives (optional)
crackers or veggies
Preparation

Rinse dry beef VERY well and set aside to drain.
Chop scallions in small pieces.
Take softened cream cheese and place in large bowl and break apart.
Chop dried beef (pat dry if still wet).
Mix scallions, chives and dried beef into the cream cheese. Mix well.
