Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. shortening
    gravy
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Flour meat.
    Melt shortening in skillet until hot, then add floured meat.
    Brown on each side 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove meat and put in baking dish.
    Pour gravy over meat and bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
