Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash, diced
    2 c. onions, diced
    2 c. bell peppers, diced
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 jar pimento, diced
Preparation
    Soak squash in 2/3 cups of salt water for 1 hour.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Mix 2 cups sugar and 2 cups vinegar together and bring to boil.
    Put in jars.
    If you want it hot, put in hot peppers.
