Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    olive oil
    3 big cans pear shaped tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce plus 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cans tomato paste (8 to 10 oz.)
    6 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 bunch celery
    4 bell peppers
    5 medium to large onions
    2 buds garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. parsley
    2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground round steak
Preparation
    Chop onions, celery, bell peppers, garlic and mushrooms. Put in pot with olive oil and saute. When finished, pour out all excess oil. Brown all meat; add tomatoes, sauce and paste. Add meat. Add salt, basil, oregano, red peppers, parsley and sugar. Simmer 8 to 10 hours. Stir every half hour, low heat.
