Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 oz. jar pimento
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all together except last 3 ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Crush crackers with margarine and spread on top.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
