Easy-As-Pie-Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. vegetable shortening
    ice water (about 1/4 to 1/3 c.)
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening with two knives or a pastry blender until it is cut into particles the size of small peas.
    Sprinkle ice water over top of mixture and mix with a fork.
    Push all the large clumps of flour to one side and continue sprinkling mixture until all flour is moistened and mixed into large clumps.
    Knead clumps together into a smooth ball. Wrap and chill until ready to use.
