Sausage Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb sausage
    1 large onion chopped
    2 eggs beaten
    1 1/2 c. self rising cornmeal
    1 (17 oz) can cream corn
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease 10 inch skillet.
    Brown sausage and onion; drain.
    Combine eggs, cornmeal, corn, milk and oil.
    Pour one half batter into pan; sprinkle with sausage and onion.
    Add cheese.
    Pour remaining batter over top.
    Bake for 30 40 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
