Cheesy Beer Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cream
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
6 oz. warm beer
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped chives
3 c. popped popcorn
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add flour and heat over low flame for 4 minutes.
Add in broth and cream.
Stir until smooth and thick.
Then add Cheez Whiz, beer, chives and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve piping hot.
Garnish with popped popcorn.
