Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    chopped onion
    chopped celery
    sweet or dill pickles, chopped
    2-3 hard boiled eggs, diced
    2-4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the above ingredients.
    Press and pack into custard cups.
    Unmold on lettuce, garnish with tomato wedges, and sour cream dressed with chopped chives.
