Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham crackers (save 1 Tbsp. for topping)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter in medium bowl and mix well. Pat into bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
