Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter (1 lb.)
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients in large bowl until fluffy.
    With mixer on low, gradually beat in flour just until blended.
    Divide dough into thirds.
    Shape each into 10-inch long roll.
    Wrap and freeze 12 hours.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Slice frozen dough in 1/4-inch thick rounds, place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until light brown.
