Quick Buttermilk Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. corn oil
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Place yeast, water and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a large bowl; set aside.
    Sift together the flour, salt and soda.
    Heat buttermilk on low heat until lukewarm.
    Combine with yeast mixture.
    Add remaining sugar and corn oil; mix well.
    Add flour mixture, 2 cups at a time; blend.
    Let stand for 10 minutes; knead for 5 minutes.
    Form into rolls; place on greased pans or 3 small pieces into cups of muffin pans for cloverleaf rolls.
    Brush tops with melted margarine.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yields 2 to 3 dozen.
