Marinated Turkey Breast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 to 7 lb.) turkey breast
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. olive oil
1/8 c. salt
1/8 c. pepper
1 c. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Place turkey in browning bag and place in shallow roasting pan.
Combine parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar.
Pour over turkey.
Seal bag and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
Cut several slits in top of bag before placing in oven.
Serve hot with thickened pan drippings.
Drippings can be thickened with a small amount (1 to 2 tablespoons) cornstarch mixed with water.
