Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 lb.) fully cooked ham
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 can sliced pineapple in natural juice
1 Tbsp. dry mustard or Dijon
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. beer
whole cloves
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Place ham fat side up in shallow roasting pan.
Insert meat thermometer.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours (10 minutes per pound) to internal temperature of 130\u00b0.
One hour before end of baking time, cut fat into diamond shapes; stud with cloves.
Pour glaze over ham.
Place pineapple slices over top of ham; insert cherry into center of hole of pineapple slices, securing with toothpick. Return to oven for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
Remove ham from oven and let stand 15 to 20 minutes for easier carving.
