Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. Roquefort or Blue cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
cayenne pepper to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. finely minced parsley
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Thoroughly mix all ingredients except parsley and pecans. Combine parsley and pecans and blend half of them into cheese mixture.
Spread remaining parsley mixture on sheet of waxed paper. Form cheese into a ball and roll it in parsley mixture until well coated.
Chill before serving.
May be made long before serving. Freezes beautifully.
Approximate yield:
4 (11 1/2 ounce) balls.
