Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 large bananas
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten egg, lemon juice and well mashed bananas.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Then stir in nuts.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Very moist.
