Mildred Gregory'S Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 stick margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients listed until crumbly.
    Take out 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping.
    Beat egg, buttermilk and soda separately in a bowl.
    Combine the beaten mixture and crumb mixture together.
    (Do not add topping to this mixture!)
    Put in a greased pan and put the 1/2 cup of crumb mixture on top.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
