Fried Chicken And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salt and pepper to taste (as desired)
1 egg
3 Tbsp. to 1/2 c. flour
chicken
Preparation

Stir the salt and pepper, egg and flour by hand.
Lay chicken in prepared skillet that is hot enough with oil, shortening or lard (lard is best) to begin frying.
Fry slowly until chicken is brown. Add gravy.
