Egg Custard Pie(Instant Crust) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk (one 13 oz. can evaporated milk and water to finish 2 c.)
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Melt margarine in cake pan at 400\u00b0.
Beat eggs; add sugar and flour and mix.
Add vanilla and milk and mix.
Add butter from pan and mix.
Pour in pan where margarine was melted.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Finish baking at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted comes out clean and pie is golden brown.
