Potato Meat Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. thin sliced raw potatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add salt and drain.
    Melt butter, add flour, stir constantly until thick.
    Place alternately beef and potatoes and sauce in greased baking dish.
    Cover.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
