Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. ground or chopped hot peppers
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo
red food coloring, if desired
Preparation

Bring to boil.
Then add sugar. Boil 5 minutes.
Than add 1 bottle Certo.
Return to boil for 5 more minutes.
Add food coloring, if desired.
Makes 8 (8 ounce) jars.
