Perfect Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 qt. boiling water
Preparation
    Cut and shape dough into 12 (16-inch) pieces.
    Twist pieces into pretzel shape.
    Bring water and baking soda to a rapid boil. One at a time, place pretzels into boiling water.
    Boil 1 minute. Remove and drain.
    Place on well-greased baking sheet.
    Brush with egg.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
