Chicken-Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 c. diced chicken (3 cans Swanson Mixin chicken works well)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation
    Start with frozen broccoli and place it in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 or 8 minutes to partially thaw.
    Stir in Minute rice, chicken, soup and milk.
    Stir after each addition. Add 1/2 of cheese and stir in chopped onion.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
