Noodle Pudding * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. noodles (wide)
    3/4 lb. cream cheese (blocks), slightly softened
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine, less 2 Tbsp., slightly softened
    1 c. sugar less 2 Tbsp. (reserve the 2 Tbsp. sugar)
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. sour cream
    crushed corn flakes (approximately 1 c.)
    1/3 c. milk or more
Preparation
    Cook noodles and drain.
    Melt margarine and cream cheese into hot noodles (in large bowl).
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, sour cream and sugar.
    Stir.
    Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle corn flakes (crushed) on top, then add 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Drizzle 1/3 cup (or little more) milk on top, trying to moisten entire surface.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
