Refrigerated Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. Crisco
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. potato water
    2/3 c. sugar
    7 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Mix Crisco, potatoes, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Add yeast and potato water which should be cool.
    Add flour, 2 cups at a time and knead.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Work down.
    May be put in refrigerator and made out into rolls as needed.
    Cover with damp towel; take out every day and knead.
