Hamburger Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tomato, diced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook pepper, onion and tomato in saucepan with butter until soft.
    Pat out 4 large flat patties using half the ground beef and place on broiler pan.
    Put equal amount of veggie mixture in center of each patty.
    Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and cheese.
    Pat out 4 more patties of hamburger and place on top of mixture, sealing the edges.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
