Chocolate Coconut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 frozen unbaked 9-inch pastry shells, thawed
Preparation

Melt margarine in medium saucepan over low heat.
Add chocolate pieces and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pastry shells.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool before serving.
If desired, top with ice cream or whipped cream.
Makes 12 servings.
