Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. top round steak (can be cut into strips)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken or beef broth
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
    In 1 tablespoon oil, brown steak until done; remove from pan. Add 1 tablespoon oil and saute onion, celery, garlic and mushrooms at high temperature (stirring constantly) until light brown; remove from pan. Add cornstarch and slightly brown. Stir in 1/2 of the chicken broth; stir. Add all cooked ingredients and cook together. Cook 2 cups rice with 1/2 of the chicken broth and water.
    Ready to serve.
