Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
Preparation

Combine water and butter.
Boil together until it comes to a hard boil; then add flour and salt.
Stir until ball is formed. Cool.
Add one egg at a time until all four eggs have been used, stirring well after each egg is added.
Divide dough in 12 parts. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Makes 12 large puffs.
Fill with cream filling or whipped cream.
