Freezer Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1 green pepper, grated
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the salt with the cabbage; let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze out excess moisture.
    Add the remaining vegetables; set aside. Combine and boil the vinegar, water, mustard seed, celery seed and sugar; boil for 1 minute.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Pour over slaw; put into freezer containers and freeze.
