Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 (No. 2) cans sauerkraut
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green peppers, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Mix together and put in refrigerator.
    Let stand a day before serving.
    Makes a large dish, and keeps for many days.
