Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Blend butter and sugar.
Separate the eggs, adding yolks to sugar and butter.
Next, add the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and milk. Beat egg whites and fold in. Add blueberries. Bake in an 8 x 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
