Turkey Cutlets With Mushrooms And Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 turkey breast cutlets (each about 1/4-inch thick)
    2 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. unsalted margarine
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    1/4 c. low-sodium beef broth
Preparation
    Combine the flour, salt and pepper on a plate.
    Press the turkey cutlets into the mixture, coating them evenly and shaking off any excess.
    Set aside.
