Easy Chili And Old-Fashioned Corn Bread(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. unsalted margarine, melted
    1 c. skim milk
    1 large egg
    4 Hormel Micro Cup meals (chili with beans)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly coat an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
    In medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt; set aside.
    Pour margarine into small bowl; whisk together with milk and egg.
    Add to cornmeal mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Pour batter into pan; bake 20 minutes or until bread is golden and top springs back when touched.
    Cut into 8 squares.
    Prepare chili according to package directions.
    Remove to serving plates and serve with corn bread.
