Pumpkin Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. Crisco
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 c. sifted flour (plain)
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, Crisco and eggs.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Add pumpkin.
Sift together flour, salt, soda and spices.
Gradually blend into creamed mixture; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or Butter Rum Sauce.
