Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
4 large eggs
minced zest of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. each: lemon thyme, lemon balm and lemon verbena, finely chopped
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
1/2 c. honey
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour 2 (9 x 4-inch) loaf pans.
Into a mixing bowl, sift flour, baking powder and salt.
In second mixing bowl, cream butter until it is pale yellow and light; add honey, mixing thoroughly.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Add lemon zest and all herbs, mixing well.
Add dry ingredients in thirds, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Mix only to incorporate; do not overmix.
