Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, mix onion soup mix with 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Bring to boil, then simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 8 minutes.
    Stir in flour blended with remaining 1/2 cup of water.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until gravy is thickened, for about 2 minutes.
    Makes 1 3/4 cups of gravy.
