German Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boiled potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    6 strips bacon
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. flour
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Saute bacon until crisp; drain off fat.
    Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.
    Add all other ingredients except potatoes and cook until slightly thick.
    Add potatoes and blend well. Remove from heat and serve warm.
