Easy Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef, cubed
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 3 to 4-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and bake 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    Do not open lid or stir before checking for doneness at 3 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
