Swedish Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can each: cream of chicken, cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
3/4 c. water
pork chops or chicken breasts
chunks of butter
broken potato chips or bread crumbs
Preparation

Add water to soup and rice.
Mix all thoroughly.
Prepare ahead of time either pork chops or chicken breasts by baking until almost done, then add to rice and soup.
Mix well.
Top with butter and potato chips or bread crumbs.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Check to see if good and hot, if not bake additional 15 minutes.
